The Twelve Days of Christmas

christmas_countdown

Fa-la-la-la-days are here!!! Is anyone else’s cup of hot chocolate overflowing with excitement and giddiness!? (whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, of course!)  I la-la-LOVE this time of year!
Welcome to my version of the 12 Days of Christmas!! As I sit here snuggled in a Christmas blanket on the couch with my DH, watching The Santa Clause (yes, the one and only starring Tim Allen, not to mention probably one of my favorite Christmas movies) and a cup ‘o joe at my side, I am reminded just HOW much I fall in love with the holiday season each year. So, for the next 12 days (starting tomorrow), I will be celebrating with my own version of this classic (that you are most likely singing now, compliments of moi. You’re welcome!)
So how exactly does MY 2015 version of the traditional 12 Days of Christmas go?

“On the _____ (insert blank) day of Christmas, my blog friend gave to me…
1 stick and ribbon tree
2 dry erase calendars
3 ways to gift wrap (think outside the box)
4 Christmas countdown calendars
5 tips for the perfect family photo shoot (that will have you ordering holiday cards at the drop of the first proof)
6 tips for the hosting the perfect dinner party
7 family traditions
8 holiday movies worthy of movie night with the kids (don’t forget the popcorn and hot cocoa)
9 reasons for the season
10 dozen cookies
11 reindeer ornaments (great weekend project with the kiddos)
and 12 holiday quotes (that are sure to keep you going- even through that dreaded Christmas Day dinner with your in-laws that you only see once a year)”

I’m so excited to be celebrating with you all this holiday season and look forward to the next twelve days!! Looking forward to getting my craft on with y’all tomorrow!

XO,
Melissa
